Also, there is something my friend who mains rufus surprised me with. He said that after focus crumble, rufus can hit cr.mp Meaty > st.hp. I didn't believe him until he showed me a replay of him doing it in a real match against guile. He said it works on the whole cast, but it needs timing.

The best way to completely shut off background music in SF4 (and SSF4?) is to create a silent MP3 file, put it on a USB drive, load it onto the console, and play it after you start the game. I usually do it after i reach the mode menu and it stays in effect until i turn off the PS3.
